Office furniture FAQ

How is buying from Rocky different from a furniture shop?

Rocky sells directly, without agents, and makes almost every line in its own factory. The price on each product page is our own price, and you can ask for a quotation to furnish a whole office.

How do I get a quotation?

Press "Add to quotation" on a product page, or send your list on LINE @rockyfurniture or call 02-174-6262, Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00.

How is it delivered, and how long does it take?

Rocky's own team delivers nationwide, free in Bangkok, its vicinity and parts of Chonburi with no minimum order; other provinces are charged by distance. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days including production; small orders may wait for a delivery run on that route.

How long is the warranty?

One year from the date of purchase for defects from manufacturing. The full conditions are on the warranty page.

Can I collect my order at the factory?

Yes, at our company in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan, Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00, except public holidays.
