Does the company deliver to all provinces?

Yes, we deliver to all provinces in Thailand. The delivery fee will be calculated based on the distance.

Does the company provide credit?

We do not provide credit. The payment must be made before the products are produce.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Since there are quite amount of customers who refused to make the payment after the products has been delivered, therefore this option is unavailable right now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

What should I do if the product is damaged, broken or unable to use it

Do you accept custom orders or non-standard designs?

The company considers on a case-by-case basis. You can send the details of the product you want to Email: [email protected] first.

How many days does it take to deliver the product?

Normally, products will be delivered within 7-15 business days. However, if the product is in stock and ready to ship, the company will deliver it within 3-5 business days.

How many years is the product warranty?

All products are guaranteed for 1 year, except for second-hand products and downgraded products, which are not guaranteed.

What should I do if my warranty has expired?

The product warranty has expired. The company still provides repair services, but charges will apply on a case-by-case basis.

Do you repair products from other brands?
